Situated in the north east of the island between San Llorenç, Son Servera and Arta, this finca lies peacefully in the middle of its own 7000 m2 orchard of almond and carob trees. The 210 m2 FINCA SA FOMPELLA is entered via the covered terrace where the fragrances of the herbs from the nearby garden greet you before you enter. The airy interior is tastefully decorated and loving attention has been paid to detail. Downstairs there is a living cum dining area with a dining table and chairs and two large, comfy sofas from where you can watch the flat-screen television (sat-TV)free Internet When the days are cooler in autumn and winter a crackling fire can be made in the cast iron oven (there is always enough wood to hand).The roomy kitchen is well appointed with: a cooker with four gas flames and oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. In the area behind the kitchen and living/dining area there is a double bedroom with two single beds (these can be put together to make a double bed if wished) and a bathroom with: a shower, a toilet and a bidet.

Upstairs there is a further double bedroom and a bathroom with: a bath (with shower attachment), a WC and a bidet. The hallway is large enough to be used as a small study. From here you step on to a completely private roof terrace with a stunning view of the surrounding landscape.

There is a garage for a car that is particularly useful during the summer months. This contains a washing machine and two barbeques. The house is a pleasure to live in both summer and winter as it has central heating and the windows are double glazed.

In these delightful surroundings you can spend your time either relaxing by the 9×3 metre pool, or you can go for a walk along some of the many local footpaths some of which will take you into the local village of San Llorenç (20 minutes). At a small extra cost bikes can be provided. The property is completely walled in with the dry stone walling typical to Majorca and children will be able to explore the extensive grounds without being in any danger. The coast is not far away. Near Artà, Son Servera and Cala Ratjada there are some lovely beaches. The surrounding towns offer excellent shopping facilities and restaurant for all tastes. Sant Llorenç even has a Michelin star cook.
