Finca Esteban lies in the middle of the Llevant nature reserve and has marvellous views of Costa de los Pinos, the picturesque village of Son Servera and the mountains of the east coast.

The house has pine wood furnishings. All the bedrooms contain a double bed (190×140 cm.), a chest of drawers and a spacious built in wardrobe. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. There are three bathrooms, one with a bath and the other two with showers. The American kitchen is small, but fully equipped with cutlery and crockery for 8 -10 people, a ceramic cooking surface, a water boiler, coffee maker and toaster. An electric mixer, egg boiler, waffle maker, and even a bread maker are also all part of the inventory

The living room has a rustical feeling to it with its open fireplace, stone walls and wooden beams. There is a satellite TV and stereo equipment.

In contrast to this the tower room has been decorated in pastel tones with wicker furnishings. It is sunny and peaceful and an ideal place for just relaxing or sitting and reading a book. All the windows in the house have fly screens.

The large inner courtyard looking onto the pool has a large, round, permanent barbeque and promises many pleasant Mediterranean evenings.

The terraced area around the pool has six sun beds and there is an outside toilet. A shaded area at the side has four wicker chairs and a table for that nice cool drink. From here there is an unhindered view of the coast and the nature reserve starts directly behind the house.

The house has central heating and double glazing and can be used all year round.

There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
