The finca itself lies about 3 kilometres away from San Llorenç with grounds planted with fig and olive trees and other typically Mediterranean plants and bushes. The chalet Casita Alegre, with a floor space of 45 sq. metres, sleeps two people and is to be found in the grounds of the main house. There is a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa with two wicker chairs. The kitchenette has a cosy, corner benched eating area, a two hob gas cooker and a toaster and is otherwise appointed with all the kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery that two people need. There is a bedroom with a double bed (with two separate mattresses) and a built in wardrobe. A spacious bathroom with a shower leads off the bedroom and there is a little hallway with a cupboard. A roofed in terrace holds a table and four chairs from where there is a lovely view onto the surrounding countryside to the south and to the hills to the back and on the left, There is a sun terrace with two sun beds, two small tables and a sunshade.
