This tastefully furnished apartment on two floors is to be found in Cala Mendia on the east coast of the island.  On the ground floor there is a light filled living cum dining area with a sofa bed, satellite television and a stereo. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace as well as the communal swimming pool. On the terrace there is a large teak table with six chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with amongst other things: a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooking surface, a coffee maker and a toaster. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and laundry room.

Three double bedrooms are to be found on the upper floor. All three have either a terrace or balcony to call their own with views onto the pool or the protected countryside outside the complex. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and all three bedrooms have spacious built in wardrobes.

The Casa Rosales itself is 100 square metres plus the terraces and the balcony.

The beach is a comfortable ten minute walk away and it is five minutes to some small shops and restaurants. For a more comprehensive shop you will find all you need in Porto Cristo (3-4 kilometres) or in the town of Manacor (12 km.). Between Porto Cristo and Manacor there is a ranch for horse lovers and anyone who might want to go riding.

The nearest beach is Cala Mendia and there are two others nearby, Cala Anguila and Cala Romantica. Many more are to be found to the north: Sa Coma and Cala Millor, or to the south: Calas de Mallorca and Cala Murada, to name but a few.

The apartment is also perfectly suited for golfers as it is not far from Golf de Canyamel, Pula Golf and the nine hole course in Son Servera. Another great outing lying just around the corner is the Cuevas del Drach in Porto Cristo These are vast underground limestone caves full of stalagmites and stalactites and with a large underground lake.
