The summer residence CASA MATEU is very modern almost purist in design and is situated in Colonia de Sant Pere about 300 metres away from the beach.

The main bedroom has a view onto Mont Ferrutx and is on a gallery above the living room. On this level there is also a bathroom with shower and the terrace with a view out across the bay of Alcudia. The other bedroom is on the lower level. It has a bunk bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The house has all modern conveniences. All the rooms have air conditioning as well as central heating so that you will be comfortable here even on the cooler days. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and deep freeze and the all necessary crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils. Large glass doors open out onto a covered porch and a small garden.

The pool is safe for children and the terrace has wooden furniture.
