This freshly renovated apartment with its light and airy interior lies just 400 metres from Canyamel beach. The two individual apartments A and B lie next to each other at the top of a detached house.

The flat sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms furnished with single beds. The roomy bathroom has all mod cons including a small built-in cupboard. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, a toaster and a water boiler. There is a gas cooker and dining area for four from where you can step on to the large balcony. Enjoying the morning sun this is the ideal place for a prolonged breakfast in holiday atmosphere. In the living room there is a sofa and two Majorcan rocking chairs as well as stereo equipment and a television. From the living room there is also access to the balcony. Above the apartment there is a roof terrace that cannot be overlooked.

Canyamel is to be found between the better known resorts of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada. Here there are no large hotels and even at the height of the season undisturbed spots can be found on the beach. 300 metres in length and 50 metres wide it is not only idyllic but also ideal for young children as the white sand slopes gently into the water and the beach is lined with pine trees that give welcome shade should the sun get too hot. All facilities such as showers, toilets, sun bed and sunshade rental, kiosks, restaurants and bars are available.

Majorca s largest limestone caves the Coves d Artà are within ten minutes walking distance. There are tennis courts nearby. The golf courses Canyamel, Golf Capdepera, Pula Golf and the nine hole course at Son Servera are all within 15 minutes drive and the brand new Golf course Alcanara is only about 30 minutes away.
