Apartment Passeig Marítimo directly overlooks the beach promenade of the coastal resort Cala Millor in the east of the island. Immediate access to the beach or to the many, nearby restaurants, walks along the promenade after sun down and wonderful sea views are just a few of the pleasures this apartment that comfortably sleeps four people has to offer.

The apartment has been totally and very tastefully renovated using designer furniture for the interiors and is to be rented out for the first time this season.

A lift takes you up to the fifth floor from where you enter the light and airy apartment through a solid, wooden door. To the left of the entrance area there is a red and black themed kitchen with high quality installations. Apart from the normal small electrical equipment there is a refrigerator/deep-freeze combination, a ceramic cooking surface and a dishwasher. Directly behind the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine. 

Leaving the kitchen you enter the living room with chic, red, leather sofas and an eating area. A glass door leads onto the balcony where you will find outdoor furniture and a wonderful, panoramic view of the seemingly never ending Mediterranean. To the left of the living area are two very attractive bedrooms both with access to the main or respectively a further balcony. Between the two bedrooms there is a beautiful bathroom with shower. The beds in both bedrooms have been placed together as double beds but they can be put apart as single beds if wished.

Cala Millor is not a sleepy town in the middle of nowhere in fact it is without doubt one of the best known tourist resorts on Majorca. The beach is very wide and slopes relatively gently into the sea making it ideal for bathing. There are numerous hotels here with a corresponding choice of restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and last but not least night life. For those wishing for the peace and quiet of the countryside this is probably not the right place. It is however ideal for those seeking individual, luxury accommodation combined with maritime (holidaymaker) enjoyment. A slightly different experience is a walk across the peninsula Punta de n Amer that separates the resorts Cala Millor and Sa Coma. This is a protected nature reserve and there is a 17^th century lookout tower Castell de Sa Punta de n Amer about half an hour s walk away. From the top of the tower the view is breathtaking and afterwards you can reward yourself with a drink or something to eat from the small restaurant that perches on the rocks behind.
