 Hello, my name is Kerstin DeBruyn. I have been renting homes
and apartments owned by natives and residents of Majorca for the past 6
years. Over time I have built up close contacts with the locals and am
therefore often asked to find nice tenants for the Fincas (country homes)
and apartments. Many Majorcans shy away from working with large agencies
and prefer to establish personal contacts. I have personally visited each
individual home and know their advantages as well as the little "quirks."
I will be able to show you many vacation homes. Some homes are more
suitable for families with children, are rugged and not too luxurious,
while I would recommend some other homes to individuals who are looking
for peace and isolation. Others offer room for several families or a group
of friends. However, the one thing they all have in common is that the
owners attach great importance to the comfort of our guests.
As a
rule, all of our rentals are near shopping facilities, restaurants, small
bars typical for the region as well as entertainment and leisure
activities. Hiking fans are sure to get their money's worth - as are
cycling or water enthusiasts, cooking aficionados, sun worshippers, and
children, who can choose from a large range of activities in the larger
tourist areas on the east coast of Majorca.
I had the opportunity
to travel a lot thanks to my many years working for Lufthansa. Several
years ago, I decided to settle down on the island of Majorca and bought a
small house that is typical to the area. Today, I am thrilled that my son
can grow up on this beautiful island.
I love living on Majorca and
